A 2.0 acre site with 50,000 sq ft construction area situated at Seoni, M.P.
Client's Ask
They wanted a modern design with all services like fire, water management, centralised systems with low maintenance.
Result
We took over this site at mid- construction stage where we redesigned the elevation and services and other amenities like swimming pool, lawn area, dining area, banquet and kitchen. Designing in a very contemporary manner we wanted this hotel to look elegant yet luxurious experimenting with different forms and color tones.
